Unless the speaker has a fluency of Intermediate or greater, the mission representative should not be submitted as a speaker. For an effective mission experience, the faithful listening to the speaker’s appeal, should be able to clearly understand and comprehend the speaker’s message.

Beginner – You’re still in the process of familiarizing yourself with the language, you can comprehend and use simple, everyday expressions and very basic sentences.
Intermediate– Able to express ideas on familiar topics allowing for better comprehension of native speakers discussing everyday occurrences at work, school, and leisure activities.
Advanced – demonstrates a strong command over the language and can comfortably navigate through complex conversational landscapes. Can effortlessly engage in discussions, comprehending a wide array of spoken from different sources.
Mastery – at this level the speaker has near-native fluency in the chosen language.
